Service Guarantee

  • Fast installation time guarantee—Installation is guaranteed within 30 calendar days of placing your order or you are eligible for a credit equal to 50% of your first month's service fees.
  • Service availability guarantee—We guarantee monthly service availability of 99.99%. You will be eligible for a credit equal to one day of service for every hour of downtime beyond our guarantee.
  • Time to repair guarantee—In the event of a service outage, we guarantee restoration within 4 hours. You will be eligible for a credit equal to 10% of your monthly service fees if we do not restore the service within 4 hours.
  • Network delivery guarantee—99.9% of all data packets sent from your location over our network will be successfully delivered. You are eligible for a credit of up to 10% of your monthly service fee if we do not meet our Network Delivery Guarantee.
  • Network delay guarantee—Messages sent from your location will average 110 milliseconds for the round trip to a test point on our network. You are eligible for a credit up to 10% of your monthly service fees if we do not meet this guarantee.

If not fully satisfied, all installation, equipment, and monthly service fees will be refunded and service agreement will be discontinued without further obligation.

Equipment

We support multiple customer premises equipment (CPE) required to connect your network to the T1 line. You can either purchase the standard equipment provided by us or arrange for your own equipment.

Cisco 1841 T1 Router
 
The Cisco 1841 T1 Router has a modular design with one T1 CSU/DSU, one available WAN interface slot, and two autosensing 10/100 Fast Ethernet ports. The Cisco 1841 router is designed for secure data connectivity and offers more than a fivefold performance increase over the 1700 series routers plus integrated hardware-based VPN encryption. The Cisco 1841 is designed for high-speed business-class performance and also includes Inter-virtual LAN (VLAN), firewall option, and support for EIGRP and OSPF advanced routing protocols.
Cisco 1721 T1 Router
The Cisco 1721 T1 Router has a modular design with one T1 CSU/DSU, one available WAN interface slot, and one autosensing 10/100 Fast Ethernet port. Siemens 5940 T1 Router
The Siemens 5940 Business Gateway combines a T1 CSU/DSU and an eight-port 10/100 Ethernet switch to deliver high-speed Internet access and site-to-site communication. It also enables managed services such as firewalls and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), IP Quality of Service (QoS), and high availability for small to medium-sized businesses and enterprise branch offices.
Netopia 4622XL T1 Router
The Netopia 4622XL T1 Router combines a T1 CSU/DSU with built-in VPN acceleration and an eight-port 10/100 Ethernet switch. The Netopia 4622XL-T is ideal for broad-based deployment by small, medium, and distributed enterprises using our T1 Services.
